Excellent Little Saw

Just-right size and power. This saw lives up to my expectations in all ways. I use it to cut sheet goods into manageable pieces prior to table-sawing them. This includes 3/4" plywood, which yields easily to the carbide toothed blade. What I like most is the extreme light weight as compared to my full size circ saw. Not having to deal with a cord is, of course, very nice. The cut quality in plywood and dimensional lumber is excellent.
My guess is that this isn't the saw for full-time carpentry, but it is perfect for my use. If you have any other Hitachi 18V tools, then adding this saw to your toolbox is an easy choice.
