Great Features and Easy to Use

I choose this GPS after researching different GPS systems and features on the major review websites. What I wanted was something easy to read and use and that I could use outside the US. The LARGE screen is great! The bluetooth is great, although I am not completely accurate in making some calls, some come through the GPS and some do not and I have to redial(need to read the booklet-I know). I like the free traffic for life, although we are not in one of the 50 major areas. However, I have noticed when I do get close to the major area 90 miles from here, the traffic information pops up.
OVERALL this is an excellent system-well worth the money!

Good deal for price... but NO advanced navigation

Bought the Nuvi 265WT because of good price for the features... Wanted Bluetooth and 'speak' mode - free FM traffic was a plus. Sorry that I overlooked the advanced navigation being missing - didn't realize that multi-leg routes were not allowed and some other features were missing that I had seen on a friends 660... especially ability to see next 3, 4 exits when on interstate highways - good feature for rest stops etc... Good unit, though - works well as do all Garmin products.

Garmin nüvi 265WT 4.3-Inch Widescreen Bluetooth Portable GPS Navigator
This makes a great gift. My husband loves it and takes it everywhere he goes. He's downloading new icons and voices for it and is having fun using it even when he knows where he's going. It has all the features he wants for travel in the U.S.

I bought Garmin Nuvi 265WT around 3 months back. This device is really good. On highways it tells u the speed in which u are going and even warns u. Live traffic update feature is also very useful. Best is u can connect your mobile to it via bluetooth and make & receive calls from this unit. Overall a great deal.
