This spice grinder is exactly what I was looking for. It ground all my spices, even cinnamon and nutmeg, to a fine texture. I have a Cuisinart coffee grinder which I tried to grind spices, but it didn't grind spices as fine as I wanted.
The lid did not "cloud" over like it does with some grinders when you grind some hard stuff in it (cinnamon, nutmeg).

Failure upon launch

I was very excited when I received this spice grinder because unlike most grinders you can take the bowl out and clean it well. The only problem is the first time I used it it over heated and stopped working. I took it apart and rewired it and now it works perfectly. I know I got the bad one in the bunch but it broke my heart that's why I gave it a 1-star.
