really a great product, because the 7xxx series came out before socket 775, and this coolers are still a good solution even for the new Core 2 Duo processors, i've read somewhere over the internet that this cooler can be used on Core 2 Quad with good results, (low tempS) i got it for my coming soon pc upgrade from socket 939 to 775. BTW the package includes a small amount of thermal compound what else could you ask for. Great product, does what is meant to do, extend the life of your older socket cooler, and save some $$$ from buyin a new one.
